Thought I would finish off the year with a classic - the brief was Arum Lilies and Pearls (the couple have a daughter named Pearl!) - Based loosely on a M&S cake that seems to be very popular. All sponge tiers to be eaten on the night.
the pearsl were dusted with lustre dust and looked lovely and shimmery - if only every cake was so simple!
